Tiny Budget + Big Idea = The Largest Used Book Sale in the U.S.
How do you create awareness for a tiny pro-bono client with an even tinier budget? Check out this campaign that made the Greenville Literacy Association’s (GLA) book sale the largest used book sale in the entire country while raising record donations for GLA.
The work was featured in the CA Advertising Annual, New York Festivals, the National Addys and more.
Have any books lying around?
We asked the residents of Greenville, SC this simple question and the answer was a resounding, “Yes!” We implemented a variety of guerilla installations around the city to remind people of the unread books they have lying around their homes asked them to donate them to the Greenville Literacy Association. 132,000 book donations later, and let’s just say their book sale was a big success.
