During my career, I’ve had many unique opportunities to start and lead different teams across a variety of capabilities. Here are a few examples of teams and agencies I’ve led, started and managed as well as a few facts and figures:

  • Started and led the social and branded content team at EP+ Co growing it from 3 team members to 15+ in a short time.

  • Started The 3 Production Company as CCO at Scoppechio and The Ovare Group. I worked with the agency producer and CEO to build out a full production group and grow it to 12+ personnel in under two years. I also spearheaded the effort to bring GE Appliances and their house of brands into the area of virtual showroom experiences. This was ultimately a combination of selling opportunities to GE and managing the new innovations and opportunities with my creative, production and interactive teams.

  • Started Brandon’s full service in-house production company as CCO and grew it to a team of 5 in less than a year.

  • Reorganized Scoppechio’s interactive capabilities and led the interactive team for several years. During that time, I grew our interactive team to 10 people and our billings to 1MM.

  • Our healthcare team at Scoppechio had grown leaps and bounds under my creative leadership as CCO at Scoppechio, and the CEO decided to turn our healthcare division into a standalone agency. I named, branded and launched The Ovare Group’s healthcare agency, &Well, and then shepherded the transition, reorganized my teams and led the agency as CCO.

  • Our restaurant division at Scoppechio also grew while under my creative leadership as CCO. We broke off this division into Ad Cucina, a new restaurant-focused agency. I rebranded, relaunched and shepherded this transition as CCO of Scoppechio, &Well and Ad Cucina.

  • Led and won 17 new business pitches for my agencies in the past 6 years.
